I have not received any order confirmation, has my order gone through?

If you have completed our checkout, your order has definitely gone through! For the most part, it is a typo of your email address, which means that you have not received any email from us yet. It is also possible that you have chosen to check out with your mobile number and no email - in this case you will not receive an order confirmation by email. If you have created an account with us, you can go in and change your email by logging in here. Write to us if you have not received your order confirmation, we can then change your email address for you and have the order confirmation sent to you.

Can I change / cancel my order after it has been placed?

We cannot make changes to your order after it has been placed.

Have you regretted your order or bought the wrong product? Then we can cancel it for you if your order has not yet been packed in our warehouse. If you have not yet received an email / SMS from us with your tracking number, it means that we are able to cancel your order and then you can place a new one.


I have ordered a product on pre-order, when will I receive it?

You can see the expected shipping date under the product you have ordered :-)

I have ordered several products together with a pre-order product, when will I receive them?

Your entire order will be shipped at the same time - if you want to receive other products before the date of shipment of your pre-order, then you must order these products separately.

I have ordered a product on pre-order, when will the money be deducted?

Usually, we only deduct the money for your order when the goods are shipped from our warehouse. However, for pre-orders, we will in the case of a delivery time of more than 2 weeks withdraw the money before shipment, and thus there will be a pre-payment.


Which cards can I pay with on the webshop?

We receive the following payment cards on

- Dankort

How long after I place an order will the money be deducted from my card?

The money will be deducted from your card as soon as your order has been packed and handed over to GLS. It usually takes 1-3 days. 


How long does it take before I receive my order?

We send packages from our warehouse every weekday, and your order will therefore be sent no later than the day after you have placed it.

If you order Fri-Sun, your package will be shipped on Monday.

It usually takes 1-2 working days before you receive your package, unless otherwise stated.

My package should have been sent, but I it does not look like it has been shipped on my tracking link?

Sometimes the shipping companies do not get the packages scanned properly upon receipt. Therefore, your tracking link is not always updated correctly. In most cases, however, your package will still be delivered within our specified delivery time. If, after three working days, you have not yet received your package - and the tracking link still does not show anything, then please contact us.

What are the delivery prices?

We have free shipping on all orders to Denmark on, for purchases over DKK 399. We send free shipping with GLS to PakkeShop - you can also have the package sent directly to your home or workplace at an additional cost.

Our shipping prices to Denmark are

GLS PakkeShop - FREE for purchases over DKK 399.

GLS PakkeShop - DKK 29 for purchases under DKK 399.

GLS Private Delivery - 49-149 kr.

GLS Business address - DKK 39-99.

Our delivery time is always 1-3 business days, unless otherwise stated.

Discount codes

How do I get your discount codes?

We regularly hold campaigns where discount codes are often included. We always send our discount codes directly to all those who are subscribed to our newsletter. In addition, you can also regularly find discount codes on our Facebook and Instagram.

My discount code does not work?

The problem usually occurs when you have either not entered the code correctly, or when you have not met the possible requirements for the validity of the discount code. This can e.g. be "the discount code applies to purchases over DKK 199 excluding shipping".

I have two discount codes, can I use both of them and get a bigger discount?

No, you can only use one discount code at a time, as the system does not allow the use of two discount codes at the same time.

I forgot to use my discount code before placing my order. Can you add it for me?

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to orders after they have been placed. This also applies to discount codes. Did you forget to use a discount code, or did you not activate it before you checked out, then you can write to our customer service and ask to have your order cancelled. You can then place your order again and use the discount code (if it is still valid).

NOTE. Please note that we can only cancel your order if it has not yet been packed in our warehouse. If you have not yet received an email from us with a tracking link, your order has not been packed.
