When you send your package, it must be packed securely and you are very welcome to write 'RETURN' on the outside of the package.
Can I send my return package as a letter?
If you choose to send your package as a letter, we can not guarantee that the package reaches all the way to our warehouse address - and since the package is at your own risk until we receive it, we can not complete your return until the package is in our warehouse.
We strongly recommend sending your return package through our return portal, as it will be possible to track the package if it should be lost.
How and when do I get my money back?
Once we receive your return, it can take up to 10 business days for it to be received and processed.
The purchase amount minus a shipping cost of Euro 6,5 will be refunded through the card you used to place your order. You will receive an email from us as soon as your refund has been processed and your money is on its way back to your account.
NOTE. Keep an eye on your spam filter, as our emails may well end up there.
How do I advertise?
Any complaint about an item takes place in the same way as normal. returns through our return portal. If you make a complaint, you will basically be sent a new similar product.
If this is not possible, you will be refunded your purchase and you will not be deducted 6,5 Euro in shipping costs for the complaint.
NOTE. In the event of complaints, please state the error under "notes" in the return portal.
