How long can I return my item?

You can return your item up to 14 days after the date it has been delivered to your address or parcel shop.

How do I exchange a product for something else?

We do accept direct exchanges on Andcopenhagen.dk. Therefore, if you want a product other than the one you purchased, return the unwanted product and send an email to: kundeservice@andcopenhagen.com and we will send the new product to you.

How do I return my item (s)?

If you want to return all / parts of your order, simply go to our return portal and follow the 3 steps. Here you can select the products you want to return and generate a return label that you can print.

How do I create a Complaint?

Have you received a damaged / wrong product? Then you simply create a return case in our return portal and send the products back to us. You will not be charged for return shipping and we will send you a new product at no cost within 5 days.

What does a return label cost?

When you send your products back with a return label generated via our return portal, a shipping cost of Euro 6,5 will be deducted from your return amount when we refund your money.

Can I send my package to you in another way?

If you do not wish to use our return portal, all shipping costs are at your own expense. All return packages must be sent with delivery as a package (and not a letter) to the following address:

When you send your package, it must be packed securely and you are very welcome to write 'RETURN' on the outside of the package.

Can I send my return package as a letter?

If you choose to send your package as a letter, we can not guarantee that the package reaches all the way to our warehouse address - and since the package is at your own risk until we receive it, we can not complete your return until the package is in our warehouse.

We strongly recommend sending your return package through our return portal, as it will be possible to track the package if it should be lost.

How and when do I get my money back?

Once we receive your return, it can take up to 10 business days for it to be received and processed.

The purchase amount minus a shipping cost of Euro 6,5 will be refunded through the card you used to place your order. You will receive an email from us as soon as your refund has been processed and your money is on its way back to your account.

NOTE. Keep an eye on your spam filter, as our emails may well end up there.

How do I advertise?

Any complaint about an item takes place in the same way as normal. returns through our return portal. If you make a complaint, you will basically be sent a new similar product.

If this is not possible, you will be refunded your purchase and you will not be deducted 6,5 Euro in shipping costs for the complaint.

NOTE. In the event of complaints, please state the error under "notes" in the return portal.
